Cruise fare includes: All meals, entertainment, access to shipboard facilities, cruise
accommodation, mandatory cruise care insurance for all international guests, service fees,
taxes, and port charges.
Excludes: Drinks, gambling, shopping, internet, flight, return transfer, items of a personal
nature and anything not mentioned under “Cruise fare includes”
PAYMENT PLAN
• Initial deposit —- $250 per person (Non-refundable but subject to room type and booking
confirmation)
• 50% payment —- 27 September 2024
• 100% payment —- 5 January 2025
CANCELLATION SCHEDULE
Will be advised once sailing is settled for.
BOOKING POLICIES
• Bookings are based on non-refundable deposits.
• After securing bookings, should there be a reason to cancel, the cancellation policy will apply.
• Final payment must be made at least 90 days prior to sailing.
• Name change NOT ALLOWED 30 working days to sailing.
• Name change before 30 working days comes at a fee of $65 per person.
• Change of sailing is NOT ALLOWED 30 working days to sailing.
• MSC reserves the right to cancel any booking if payment is not received as at when due.
• Maximum change of sailing is twice (2). (Not applicable on group rates)
• In the case of change of sailing, ONLY sailings within 3 months from the current sailing are
allowed. (Not applicable on group rates)
• In the case of a change of sailing, cancellation penalty will be charged based on the time of
cancellation of booking and fare difference will be required if the new sailing is higher.
• Failure to meet the deadline for payment will result in automatic cancellation of bookings
WITHOUT REFUND of any money guests have paid.
• In the case of cancellation, any amount left after cancellation will be used for a new booking as
funds are not refundable.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
• Return flight ticket.
• Multiple entry Schengen visa.
• Passport valid 6 months from travel date
